Alison has really made our Alderwood’s Lanor Junior Middle School a place where kids want to learn. In a very short period of time she has won the hearts of students, teachers and the community for creating a great learning environment for her students.

Alison was praised for her innovative approach to bring out the best in each and every student. She believes that each student is gifted and works to bring out their unique gifts. She demonstrates a true passion for her job and is able to get teachers, students and the entire community to rally behind her.
